Tulip : Nearly the End-130/365

Even as they near their end, the tulips have an appeal. This photograph reminded me of old watercolour drawings in books illustrating flowers. I just loved the delicate drying petals, like fine crushed or pleated silk.

  1. Of course I was thinking that would be a pretty painting. What a great eye and presentation this photographer had. I wouldn't have thought to photograph a dead flower, but now I will be thinking twice.
