Late Season Marigold
I wish it weren’t ‘late’ for everything floral these days, but the seasons are progressing relentlessly and so any recent photos will inevitably be late. It won’t be too long until I go back into my archives and bring you some ‘mid’ and ‘early’ ones to get us through the winter. On the other hand, these late ones have a lovely rich quality and I do not want to miss any of them before they are finally finished. I am again bathed in golden sunshine, though it’s cold outside. But at least we have no snow yet, as I was reminded by my photos that this time last year there was already a dusting. I can wait for that, although it is lovely to see.
