Seven Acres Dahlia
Happy November! Here we are at the start of another month and at post number 415 in our flower a day journey. Thanks for sticking with me, friends! To celebrate I am featuring another beautiful dahlia from our local flower farm. In case you wondered what the name of this farm is, look up.. look way, way up! in the words of the Jolly Green Giant – yes, that does give my age away just a bit! It’s in the title. This bloom is like another burst of gentle spring sunshine. I hope it warms your hearts as you start your day today (or gives you sweet dreams if it is nighttime). You will find a link to all the past galleries by month in the main post (below). View all posts on the Home page. A Flower a Day #415

November 21 Gallery :
A gallery of flowers shared on a daily basis to cheer myself and hopefully you, the viewer too, during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic period. Posts from November 2021

That sure is what a sunrise would look like in the form of a flower. Beautiful.
I agree, a perfect description, thanks Chrissie!
I literally gasped when I opened this! SO LOVELY!
Oh my! Perhaps I should send some image emails out with a warning! I hope this one carried its effect on you through the day Erin. Thanks so much for making my evening.
Whether they are actually blooming now or not, these perky dahlias are saying (to me, at least) ‘hello November, we’re happy to see you’. And I agree. Thank you, Ellie, for such an enthusiastic start to the new month.
I picked what I thought might be my last the other night before a really cold snap, but with dahlias you never know! I’m glad they spoke so cheerily to you, Janet. Thanks again.
