Pink Cosmos
Moving along from my irritating neighbours the raccoons (see yesterday’s post) I am going straight to another good neighbour on our walk. Tim (of the lovely Malva flower of a few days ago) is not the only person we speak to on our walk. The house of another friend who also lives with a border collie is not far from Tim, so our Joni always wants to stop in and say hello to her Arya. Joni is funny, as if we see Arya out on her walk anywhere, Joni knows her as one dog ‘Arya’ but then if we see her at her house, she seems to think that is another Arya. We know this because at times we have walked together with Joni and Arya to her house, and Joni looks towards the property all excited, thinking that she will see that ‘other Arya’ there. Who can truly know the mind of a dog? All this to say that at Arya’s house grow these gorgeous pink Cosmos flowers that are today’s offering to cheer us all. I hope this does it for you! Hugs to all.
