I make no apologies for sharing another daylily, as the light on this one I passed on my walk the other evening was so special. This beautiful flower sits outside our tiny village library, with the golden glow hitting its petals just perfectly. I probably wouldn’t have bothered to photograph it if the conditions had not been so perfect, as it would have been just another daylily. This evening daylily, whichever one it is, resembles beautifully the setting sun…and therefore, does it name proper. It captures the light and allows

It is amazing Ellie. The light certainly does have an effect on how the flower looks. Really brings out the veins and the frills on the pedals. We have some sunshine today but that little extra sure is a great help. Thanks again for sharing hugs to you and Steve.
