Chewed Pink Zinnia

For all of my zinnia loving friends, here is evidence that we are not alone in our admiration! Something loved this enough to add it to their menu. So many of my readers have told me that zinnias always make them smile and feel happy, and they do exactly the same for me. They can be like this one, a little ragged from being mistaken for dinner and sporting strange colour combinations (that somehow still work) makes no difference at all. They still bring me joy as I hope they do for you today, my friends. If you feel like it today, go out wearing a fuchsia pink outfit with a maroon hat, crowned with a yellow feather you find on the ground. That way the smiles would certainly grow everywhere you go. Have a fun day if you can, my friends. Flower a Day #491 View all posts on the Home page.

  1. If this is chewed, I’ll eat my hat. Truly, it is a very delicate nibbler who sampled this zesty zinnia, hardly marring its allure at all. May all our unpleasant encounters be so trivial and lacking in substantial consequences. Thank you, Ellie, for another daily treat

    1. I hope the hat you are promising to eat is suitably outlandish, if not positively garish! A delicate nibbler indeed! I’m always glad to provide a treat, thank you for always expressing your appreciation, Janet.

  2. Sorry I don’t have any fuchsia coloured pants. But I did go out side to enjoy the lovely sun. Hope you are having a good day. Hugs too you and Steve

    1. The sun works, at least for me, Linda. With or without the fuchsia coloured clothes! Thanks for the comment, have a lovely afternoon. Hugs to you and Blair.
