Red and White Aquilegia
We’re stretching once again back into the summer, with this late June red and white aquilegia today. This is another from the rich beds of my gardener friend, to whom we all owe a big debt of thanks! She informs me that her flowers are almost all gone from her garden at the moment, but I can assure you that they are, many of them, at least, alive and well in my photographic files. Many more than I have posted here are waiting in the wings, so she and we can revisit and admire the beauty over and over again through the winter while we wait for Spring to wake them and us all up next year. I hope this injects a bit of energy into your day today, my friends. View all posts on the Home page. A Flower a Day #412
