The unsettled fall weather is setting in here with a rather windy overcast day yesterday. I needed a bright sunny flower to pick me up and this evening primrose flower did the trick for me as I hope it does for you. Not quite? Well then here’s another one , its bright petals coming out of the protective leaves surrounding it, just to top up the sunlight levels! This tells me that there is light at the end of the darkness. I’m sending a warm hug out to all with these bright flowers.

Ah, so this is an evening primrose, the stuff of poems. What a delight! And even though it is bright here today, the hours of sunlight are shrinking. And now, thanks to you, these particular flowers will keep beaming their rays at us. Thank you.
Glad to be of service, Janet, so remember this to come back on dull days. (Although I do have other bright ones for the days ahead, too…)
Thank you!
