Between me and the raccoons (and not to forget the skunks) we have managed to provide a great selection of flowers for my project in our rewilded patches. I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but once again, this lovely bloom was from one of these. I don’t think I have seen cornflowers growing wild around here and these were sown by me, obviously, but next year if they reappear I think I will be allowed to officially classify them as ‘wild’ flowers. They are such a wonderful blue, no wonder they have a paint colour named after them! π Have a lovely day everyone, I hope you get some sun as well to bring some more cheer to you. Exquisite – both the colour and the intricate design; like a Cartier brooch. Thank you, Ellie, for another decorous delight.
Thank you Janet. This is a whole lot cheaper than a Cartier brooch, happily for the countryside (and me) and a whole lot more useful, I might add! π
Amazing color and design. So glad some of your flowers came up for you. That is a great idea just to plant a patch of wildflowers. I might get a package and try that in a spot in my backyard next year. Thanks again for all your beautiful flowers. I hope we get some sun today too. Hugs to you and Steve hope you have a great day.
Thanks Linda. That’s a great idea. I know which ones worked best (I think). So I can let you know.
